I love Dunkin like the true blooded new englander i am, and im never disappointed by what I order. But the staff needs to work on customer service, I don't care if you don't talk to me nicely, im only in the store for like 10 minutes. but at least be civil to your coworkers, and dont argue over orders when its slow. I waited 15 min for an order because no one would communicate with each other.
Manager isn't very nice to people or employees. Have heard some nasty remarks coming from staff. Good food in a timely manner except for morning shift though!
The prices are just a little higher here than other Dunkin's I've been to. It can add up over time if you do this every morning. That's part of being in Marlborough (versus a lower income area) though!
The coffee was up to DD standards in taste. There is no drive-thru here. The counter serve were quick on the front end but kind of slow on the back end. I asked for cream but she heard cream and sugar. The coffee wasn't piping hot.
Lots of mistakes in the mornings. On one day we saw very limited bagel selection including no plain and cream cheese tasted sour. Ordered frozen hot chocolate with no whipped cream and received frozen coffee with whipped cream. We asked to have it redone and they still gave it with whipped cream. Ordered Iced coffee with mocha swirl and received Iced coffee with no mocha.
This is one of the nicest DD's around. I am a local. So, I come here often. It can be quite busy in the morning, but with no drive-thru at least you can see what you're dealing with in terms of the line (other places the drive-thru is the "hidden" line that can make the wait longer than what you might judge).
